Payment is accepted by Paypal only at present. 

Dispatch time is usually 3-5 working days. For personalised items you should allow at least 10 working days before dispatch especially at busy times. If you do require an item by a specific date, I will do my best to accommodate. 

When ordering any cross stitch items which will need stitching please allow at least 30 days before dispatch.

This website is currently set up for UK shipping only. Shipping costs start at £2.00 and items are sent by Royal Mail Second Class. Spend over £40 to qualify for free shipping in the UK! Proof of posting is always obtained. 

Please note I  recycle packaging wherever possible.

International shipping can be arranged on request and items will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Proof of posting is always obtained.

Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days if you change your mind. Buyer pays the return postage and refund will be excluding my postage costs.

Returns cannot be accepted for earrings or personalised items.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, I will fully refund or replace on receipt of the item back to me.
